At Watercraft Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic fashion; if your gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are intact to maintain eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
